WHEN THE LAST TIME YOU SAID “I’M SORRY” TO ANOTHER PERSON?

The last time, I said “I’m sorry” to a person, it happened a few months ago. It was in the classroom when we were talking about something. I made a joke and yelled to my friend, and her name is anonymous. Then I thought it as usual but he took that serious and maybe pertained with my words. After we went home, she texted me and in her text, she said ”I am sorry if all this time I had disturbed you and I promise I will never repeat it. I thought it was usual and I did not respond her text. In the next day when I met her in campus I was shy to approach her because I saw that there was something different day with the usual day. In the night at the same day I sent a text which contained about friendship and she replied “you still considered me as your friend?” and i just replied “yes, I am still your friend. Is it something wrong? ”, she replied “yesterday, you seemed to be angry with me”. Then I said “I am sorry if I have said something rough toward you, I promise I will never repeat it again”. And she replied “it is okay, will keep your promise”.

·         HOW DIFFICULT IS IT FOR YOU TO SAY THAT YOU’RE SORRY?

It is quite difficult because to remember the mistake that I made which is so big and I was scared to say sorry to my friend that have pertained his or her feeling.
